In theaters NOW

Alright yall Im a day behind but here's the latest movies in theaters now. We'll be back on monday with the box office results on monday.

RUSH
The epic action-drama stars Chris Hemsworth as the charismatic Englishman James Hunt and Daniel Brühl (Inglourious Basterds) as the disciplined Austrian perfectionist Niki Lauda, whose clashes on the Grand Prix racetrack epitomized the contrast between these two extraordinary characters, a distinction reflected in their private lives. Set against the sexy and glamorous golden age of Formula 1 racing, Rush portrays the exhilarating true story of two of the greatest rivals the world has ever witnessed—handsome English playboy Hunt and his methodical, brilliant opponent, Lauda. Taking us into their personal lives on and off the track, Rush follows the two drivers as they push themselves to the breaking point of physical and psychological endurance, where there is no shortcut to victory and no margin for error. If you make one mistake, you die.

BAGGAGE CLAIM
Although she has traveled all over the world, flight attendant Montana Moore (Paula Patton) has yet to find a man with whom she wants to settle down. However, her sister's upcoming wedding and pressure from her often-married mother force her to calculate that she has a month to find a fiance of her own. Montana's best friends and fellow flight attendants conspire to help her re-encounter her exes as they travel across the country, but the right man may be closer than she thinks.

CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 2
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 picks up where Sony Pictures Animation’s mouth-watering comedy left off. Inventor Flint Lockwood thought he saved the world when he destroyed his most infamous invention -- a machine that turned water into food causing cheeseburger rain and spaghetti tornadoes. But Flint soon learns that his invention survived and is now creating food-animals – "foodimals!" Flint and his friends embark on a dangerously delicious mission to battle hungry tacodiles, shrimpanzees, hippotatomuses, cheespiders and other foodimals to save the world – again!

DON JON
Jon Martello (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is a strong, handsome, good old fashioned guy. His buddies call him Don Jon due to his ability to "pull" a different woman every weekend, but even the finest fling doesn't compare to the bliss he finds alone in front of the computer watching pornography. Barbara Sugarman (Scarlett Johansson) is a bright, beautiful, good old fashioned girl. Raised on romantic Hollywood movies, she's determined to find her Prince Charming and ride off into the sunset. Wrestling with good old fashioned expectations of the opposite sex, Jon and Barbara struggle against a media culture full of false fantasies to try and find true intimacy in this unexpected comedy written and directed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Box Office Results: September 20, 2013 - September 22, 2013

Alright yall here are your box office results !!! There was still a strong breakout movie in the dark dramatic thriller Prisoners (Warner Bros.), starring Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Paul Dano, Maria Bello, Terrence Howard and Melissa Leo. Directed by Oscar-nominated French-Canadian filmmaker Denis Villeneuve, the well-reviewed film about the search for two kidnapped girls brought in an estimated $21.4 million its opening weekend to take first place. After winning last weekend and becoming the second-biggest September opener, James Wan's hit horror sequel Insidious Chapter 2 (FilmDistrict) took a nasty 64% plunge in its second weekend, dropping to second place with $14.5 million, although its 10-day $60.9 million gross has already surpassed the gross of its predecessor. Luc Besson's crime-action flick The Family (Relativity), starring Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer, took in $7 million this weekend to take third place--down roughly 50% from its opening--with a total gross of $25.6 million so far. The hit Mexican comedy Instructions Not Included (Lionsgate/Pantelion) pulled well ahead of the pack, adding another $5.7 million in just 978 theaters to bring its total domestic gross to $34.4 million at fourth place. That weekend take is up 17% from last weekend, which is quite an anomaly, considering that it only added 45 extra theaters this weekend. The dance movie craze is officially over and apparently, so is Chris Brown's career, as Battle of the Year 3D (Screen Gems/Sony), the latest attempt to revive both, failed to find much of an audience, opening with just $5 million in 2,008 theaters, at fifth place averaging less than $2,500 per venue. Check out the list below for the remaining top 12 movies in theaters and check back friday for the latest movies in theaters.

Now if you’re a big fan of the WWE, you might notice that two major matches/story lines/wrestlers are missing. While one’s understandable, the other is kind of baffling.

The two missing wrestlers are Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. The former headlined Wrestlemania XX and won the Heavyweight Championship against Triple H and Shawn Michaels in what is still considered one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history. Guerrero, meanwhile, won the WWE Championship that same night by beating Kurt Angle. The two champions then celebrated at the end of the event in the ring together, which was, at the time, one of the most beautiful moments in wrestling (it’s a long story–basically, those two guys were told for years they lacked the size to ever be big stars in the wrestling industry).

We know why Benoit is left out. He was involved in a tragic double-murder/suicide in 2007. The WWE has, as a result, practically erased him from the company’s existence.

But that Guerrero–who, unfortunately, died from heart failure in 2005–was completely left out of the game is odd. Perhaps they feared Guerrero’s title win that night was too closely associated with Benoit’s win.
