Weekend Box Office Results September 30, 2011 - October 2, 2011

Ok guys we back at it, sorry for the delay in delivering this, didnt have a chance to post anything yesterday. Here's this past weekend's box office report. It seems most of these new movies cant catch a break in these past couple weeks, or just plain havent caught the interest of movie goers. For the past couple of weeks it's been the same movies in the top 5, just in different spots. 'Dolphin Tale' was the top dog at the box office this weekend, grossing almost $14 million, and was 3rd place last weekend. 'The Lion King' slipped 2 postions to number 3 raking in $10.6 million in ticket sales. Brad Pitt's 'Moneyball' maintained its postion at #2 drawing over $12 million at the box office. Last weekend's new releases (Courageous, 50/50, and Dream House) came in 4th, 5th, and 6th place in the top 12 respectively. Check the rest of the list for the rest of the top 12, and we'll be back friday with the latest batch of movie releases. PEACE !!!
